Symptoms

When a user completes a Course in LinkedIn, the completion does not go through to OLC.
When checking the completion on the LinkedIn side, it shows the following error:

“error=1error_text=JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table WLF_EVENT_ATTEMPT_INTERACTIONS with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000492217220 ], another user holds the lock.”
