Symptoms

When the document views for a line level add from catalog action is set to 'hide,' the action icon is still visible on the line item grid.

Changes

Line item grid setting "Display Add From Catalog Actions" is set to true and at least one sub-document level Add From Catalog type action exists with the document view setting for this action set to 'hide.'
