Fusion Global HR : Unable To Update Grade Rate On Grade (Doc ID 2991702.1)

Symptoms

 While updating Grade Rate on a Grade using HSDL the below error occurs:

You have provided a date-effective row that starts on {FIRST_ROW_START_DATE}, for an existing record that doesn't start until {DB_LOGICAL_START_DATE}.

You've provided a date-effective row that starts on 10/31/22 12:00 AM for an existing record that doesn't start until 10/1/23 12:00 AM. Another record with the same identifier exists, starting on 10/1/23 12:00 AM. If you're attempting to create a new record, provide a unique reference using the source key or user key attributes. To change the existing record to have an earlier start date, supply the ReplaceFirstEffectiveStartDate attribute with a value of Y. Use the View Business Objects task to confirm that this object supports a change to the earliest start date.
