Symptoms
For the user, there is a problem with the Oracle blockchain.DR (Participant) and DC (Founder) are connected.
As a result, DR will take over DC's role if DC stops working.A chain code must be created based on the channel administered by the DR instance for testing.
DR should still work after all DC nodes are downed, according to a user who wants to test it.A chain code cannot be seen on DR when all DC nodes are down.
