On: MFCS/RMS 23.1.401.1 version


When you generate the RTLOG through JSON payload, call the ReST API, and when the RTLOG is loaded, you get the TRAN_OUT_BALANCE error in the SA_ERROR table for that transaction. Please explain why this error happens.
