OIC Gen3 Agent: Client Authentication Failed

Goal
OIC Connectivity Agent failed to run throwing the following error
"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"Client authentication failed.","ecid":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"}
at oracle.cloud.cpi.agent.ProxyCpiAgentLoader.initialize(ProxyCpiAgentLoader.java:173)
We found there is an issue with our oic_client_secret in connectivityagent.jar. For some reason when we check the connectivityagent.jar from OIC console, the oic_client_secret is different than what we have in our server. Once we updated our server connectivityagent.jar to match the oic_client_secret from OIC console, we can start the OIC Gen3 agent again
