Symptoms
When attempting to extend an employee contract with HDL, the following error occurs:
The Effective Start Date attribute must be on or before the Effective End Date attribute. (HRC-1035096)
STEPS:
1. Run HDL to extend employee's contract.
2. Error HRC-1035096 is received.
