Symptoms
Problem Description
We have enabled the Two-Way communication (email) feature to enable candidate communications from Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). However candidate responses are not recorded under message tab.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Candidate replies to an email from ORC.
- Run ESS Job Process Recruiting Inbound Message
Note candidate responses are not recording in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) under Messages tab.
