Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the Risk Analysis on a project either via manually or via a recurring service, the Risk Analysis Start/Finish times do not reference the current run time and revert to an earlier date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Risk Analysis Start/Finish times to match the run time of the Risk Analysis

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC
  2. Open project
  3. Run Risk Analysis
