Stage RTV for unavailable stock : the qty returned is not linked to the inventory Status

Qty returned is not linked to the inventory Status when an item has different buckets of unavailable stock and when you create a RTV and select "All of Hand stock", the functionality asks you to select the bucket of the unavailable stock. Or when doing this, all the unavailable stock is selected and not the desired bucket.

Steps To Recreate:

1. For one Item with available stock, make some stock adjustments for unavailable stock (different buckets) and for the warehouse - 500 against INV_STATUS = 4 => Broken and 400 against INV_STATUS = 5 => To be Destroyed
2. Create the RTV on the unavailable stock and for the bucket "to be destroyed" => So it is expected that the qty for this RTV must be 400 units
3. However you will notice that full 900 units get associated to the RTV.
