RIB_EXT URL And Authentication Method Lost After Upgrade To 23.1.401.0 (Doc ID 2991977.1)

Symptoms

In the Retail Integration Bus Manager (RIB Manager), in the RIB ServiceMonitor tab, settings for the RIB_EXT URL and Authentication Method are lost.

This occurred after an upgrade either to 23.1.401.0 or from a version below 23.1.401.0 to a version above 23.1.401.0 (ex: Upgrade from 23.1.301.1 to 23.1.401.1)
