Goal

As part of HF 23.2.301.2 deployment, there are some new Security Views in RDS.

Specifically view RDS_SV_SECURITY_USER_ROLE_STORE should have all the users in SIOCS with their store assignment/role. But looking at this view in different environments, it is only showing one user.
