Why the Project Task owning organization is not visible under Project organization classifications, even though it is enabled as Project Organization Classifications?

When we try to add the 'Project task owning organization classification' and update the project classifications, we are getting the issue that 'Project task owning organization classification' already exists, but the same is not appearing when we search with the business unit in the 'Manage Project Organization classifications' screen.
