First Item in Item List Upload Fails to Upload (Doc ID 2992424.1)

Symptoms

During item list creation using induction, the first item included in the uploaded file fails to get uploaded.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create csv file with list of items in column A and save.
2. In MFCS task list click on items -> Create Item List
3. Provide item list description, click on Static checkbox
4. Click on More Actions and select Items
5. click on Actions, then Add
6. Prompt to Add Items appears, then select Upload List and choose file saved in step 1.
7. Click OK
8. Prompt Appears "One or more item/items failed to upload".
9. Notice that the item that failed to upload was the first item in the csv file.
