The MDN Rec. Bubble Consistently Appears Grey for All Transmitted ICSR Reports in Bulk ICST Transmit Screen (Doc ID 2992452.1)

Symptoms

The MDN Rec. bubble does not appear as expected for all transmitted ICSR Reports on the Bulk ICSR Transmit screen. It consistently displays in gray for all outgoing transmissions. Despite these reports being transmitted by the Gateway and receiving a low-level acknowledgment from the partner in the Gateway, the MDN Rec. status in Argus Safety remains gray, as depicted in the attached screenshot.
