URL Path Adds /vb/ Instead Of /faces/ Like All Other Environments. Unexpected Behavior Is Seen (Doc ID 2992463.1)

When accessing this environment (https://servername-epm.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/epmcloud) - additional detail is added to the path when the application loads. Below is the full path once the application loads. The /vb/ is added

For EVERY other environment, when the application loads, /faces/ is added to the path. Example if I access this environment (https:/servername-epm.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/epmcloud)
this is the full path once the application loads (it adds /faces/)
https://servername-epm.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/HyperionPlanning/faces/LogOn?_adf.ctrl-state=tadbgqact_5

We are seeing some unexpected behavior and UI differences only in this single environment that adds the /vb/ when the application loads

We think this has something to do with the infrastructure
