WFORDUPLD_JOB Fail To Create Franchise PO For Items With Mult Sups With Same Origin Country ID (Doc ID 2992474.1)

Symptoms

Provided wford_20231008.zip with 1040 Franchise Order files. Below are the observations:
1. Batch has loaded all the 1040 Franchise PO data to Stage tables
select count(*) from SVC_WF_ORD_HEAD; -- 1040
select count(*) from SVC_WF_ORD_DETAIL; -- 13987

2. Batch has errored out 46 PO's with data errors -- As expected

3. Batch has not processed 137 PO's i.e. The Process status in the SVC_WF_ORD_HEAD table is "N" for the 137 PO's. -- This is not expected.

Batch has failed with below error:

Steps
1. Login to POM
2. Place the .zip file containing the franchise order files
3. Run the WFORDUPLD_PRE_JOB
4. Run the WFORDUPLD_JOB
