Not Able To Scan Item While Creating Transfer Request In SIOCS - Error "Scanned Item does not exist as Line Item" (Doc ID 2992495.1)

On : 23.2 version, Shipping and Receiving

Not able to Scan Item while creating Transfer Request in SIOCS Dev1 Environment.
When a user with IT Support ROLE trying to create a Transfer Request for SIOCS for 23.1.301.2 patch, you get an error saying "Scanned Item Doest Exist as a Line Item"

Scanned Item does not exist as Line Item

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login user as IT Support ROLE
2. Navigate to Shipping And Receiving -->Transfers-->Create Request
3. Scan an Item
4. Item is not scanned ang gives an error saying "Scanned Item does not exist as Line Item"
