Goal

When two different users ran the Optimizer for the same set of driver and shipments for driver optimization and driver was blocked, it took some time to unblock both the object.

As operational users will be in different regional location. what they want is that if one Driver Optimizer is running for same set of driver then the Next one should not allowed to be initiated with "Error Notification on the UI" to the Next User or we can notify via email if user attempts such a run by accident.

This will avoid the blocking of Objects.
