RFI Supplier Service Adapter in Hung State

Goal
Even after RFI server was bounced, still the issue of "Supplier Service Adapter getting into Hung State" happened again after few days and the adapter stopped processing data from RFI Staging tables with below log entries seen in Supplier.log:
