SIOCS UI: Misdirect Container Not Received Without Open Transfer Delivery (Doc ID 2992539.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to quick receive the transfer for the misdirected store the following error occurs.
'Could not found any active delivery from source.'

Steps To Recreate:
System Administration
Quick receiving -Receive misdirected containers =Prompted

1. Login to Store A > Go to Shipping and Receiving >Transfer Shipment>Select Destination Store B > Create >Add Item >Confirm
2. Change store to C(misdirected store)
3. Got to Shipping and Receiving > Quick Receiving
4. Enter Container ID XXX
5. Select Yes to the popup
6. Note the above error.
