Goal
KM Author is unable to start workflow against their MSOL solution content type. Clicking on Start Workflow throws an error:
errorCode: "OK-GEN003" "An application has occurred. Root Cause: The task could be created."
"The value of the attribute ActivityTypeCode isn't valid." "OK-ACT0001"
