On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Help Desk
Next Gen HR Helpdesk Mass Update functionality issues
Issue: Various fields are not performing when utilizing the Mass Update functionality for Next Gen HR Helpdesk. The fields that are not working are: Assigned To, Contact and Solution Description.
Navigation:
1. Navigate to the HR Helpdesk tab > Help Desk Requests
2. Clear any filters from the search bar and select the check mark next to any 3 SR requests
3. Select the Update button that appears under the search bar to Mass Update the selected SR’s
4. Attempt to update the following fields:
a. Assigned To
b. Contact
c. Solution Description
When attempting to update those fields, no values appear. The Assigned To field will update if the user is provided the Sales administrator role but that workaround is not viable long term.
