Goal

Job resources are not available in the LOV when trying to create the project plan. User expects to see the jobs that were assigned to the Planning Resource Breakdown Structure (PRBS).

User is able to add those job resources on the project plan outside of the PRBS and subsequently they are available to select on future templates or projects.
