ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SIOCS - Container number on Transfer Shipment Container Report <> the container number on shipment shown in the Tsf Rcv List in SOCS


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The container numbers are expected to match between the Shipment container report and the number on the shipment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When receiving a shipment in SOCS
2. The Tsf Rcv List shows as shipment number 8054, Container 81932
3. The transfer Shipment Container Report shows Shipment ID 8054, Container 8737

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot easily associate the container in SOCS to that on the report.
