Symptoms

When attempting to upload a file to UCM the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to retrieve search results. Unable to execute service method 'getsearchresults' The error was caused by an
internally generated issue. the error has been logged..oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.fndmessagesutil$fndmapresourcebundle

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Change the service account passwords .
2. Upload a file to UCM as follows:

    a. Navigate to ESS UI
    b. Schedule new process
    c. Run "Load Interface File for Import"
    d.   Select any import Process.

Changes

Change the service account passwords.
