On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Import Journals process is taking longer than normal, the last run for 19hrs and needed to be cancelled.

For the process to take reasonable time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Import Journal process for 800K records
