Goal

Get the following error during project status change:

ORABPEL-30103 exception.code:30103 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name:Ruleset did not return any results. exception.description: Reconfigure the conditions in the rule set ProjectStatusApprovalRuleSet for the task ProjectStatusNotificationApproval so that approvers are found. exception.fix: Model the ruleset so that it returns a list builder specification.
