Customer reports that they cannot update cost changes under certain circumstances, customer may report errors such as "Location cannot be a Virtual Warehouse. Enter a Physical Warehouse." or "This cost change cannot be submitted or approved. At least one item/supplier combination exists in another event with the same active date and a status of Submitted, Approved, or Extracted."
