Error Occurs When Downloading Contract Documents from the Documents Tab - Error 404--Not Found From RFC 2068 (Doc ID 2992778.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After 5 minutes the user tries to download contract documents from the Documents Tab but receives an error.


ERROR
-----------------------
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate into Enterprise Contract.

2. Search and select a Contract. 

3. Select the Documents Tab.

4. Download a document.

5. Observe the error occur.
