Symptoms

When users attempt to modify funding sheets, the error below occurs.

ERROR

Error Code: UT-XXXXXXXXXX-XXX-XXXXX
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code UT-XXXXXXXXXX-XXX-XXXXX.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the user environment.
  2. Navigate to the project.
  3. Go to Cost Manager > Funding Sheet.
  4. Try modifying the funding sheet and notice the alert notification will display.
