Is It Possible to Get IDCS User ID in VB Studio? (Doc ID 2992808.1)

Goal

When running a visual app with $application.user.userId in Visual Builder (Published, Shared), returned value is <USER_OCID>

But in VB Studio at design time (Designer, Preview), returned value for $application.user.userId is <IDCS_IDP_OCID>/<USER_EMAIL> which is not the same.

Is it possible to make app return <USER_OCID> for variable $application.user.userId in VB Studio just like in Visual Builder (in OIC)?
