Symptoms

When attempting to open a Visual Builder page the following error is thrown:

Additional details:

-SSO is in use
-Issue is intermittent across all users
-Issue is intermittent with Admin users as well
-Clearing cookies sometimes works but is not a viable solution
-Chrome, Edge browsers reproduce this issue
