Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Price Change Group is stuck in processing status for more than 24 hours

Price Change Group Id:XXXX

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Price change should be approved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PCS
1. Create a Price Change Group and Add an item (50 items)
2. Click on Next
3. Add a location (500+ locations)
4. Add price change info, Effective date, Price change value
5. Click on Next--> Summary page is displayed
6. Click on approve
7. Price change should be approved but is stuck in processing status for more than 24 hours
