ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For different language layouts, the description field displays different values

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to value the same description value for all the language layouts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go change the default language to another one
2. The description field from over view page changed
