Error When Accessing Redwood Layout

Error when trying to access the Redwood layout "Could not find active meta model"
When users are trying to access seeded Fusion application Object such as Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, etc
from Home screen -> Digital Sales -> Lead

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion
2. Navigate to Digital Sales -> Leads

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are facing errors when accessing seeded Fusion application pages such as Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, etc
from Home screen -> Digital Sales -> Leads
