Fusion UK Payroll: PAE Error - You Can't Change The Qualifying Scheme Component Because An Automatic Enrolment Was Proc (Doc ID 2992965.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to complete Pension Automatic Enrollment,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You can't change the qualifying scheme component because an automatic enrolment was processed already. (HRX-1560905).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation:
Calculation Cards > change Effective As-of Date > select Benefits and Pensions Click + Add -> Add Pension scheme and assignment number -> Save and Close
Return to Calculation Cards > Select Pensions Automatic Enrolment > Click View Assessor Info Click Edit on Assessor Info window > changed Qualifying scheme start date and Qualifying scheme method> Save
 
Note: Qualifying scheme Component is showing the correct scheme before Save
Click View assessor info again > the Qualifying scheme component is showing blank:
 
Click Edit > Select Pension as Qualifying Scheme Component > click Save and the same error is observed
