SIOCS: Error When Printing Tickets

Receiving the message "The Item Ticket Format was not found" when trying to print tickets. This is happening for all users of one store.

This is happening at only one store that was recently opened.

The Item Ticket Format was not found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Print label
2. Error

Due to this issue, users at this store cannot print labels for items.
