Chat Live Window Is Not Loading For Service Agents (Doc ID 2993079.1)

The customer has configured the DCS portal and chat feature. However, when the customer is initiating chat requests and when the agents (Customer Service Representatives) try to access the Chat Interaction Live Window, it's not loading or showing only blank screen.
