23D SU5 Deployed In Test Environment but Application About Page Shows 23D SU4 (Doc ID 2993104.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.D.05 version, Hosting Services

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SU5 deployed in OFSC 23D in the test environment and appears correct in the service console, however, the application shows incorrectly 23D version weekly maintenance pack 4 (23.11.4.0.4).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The About page should display the same version as the service console, 23.11.5.0.4, 23D Weekly Maintenance Pack 5.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to environment
2. Navigate to the About page
3. The version appears incorrect as 23D weekly maintenance pack 4

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this is causing confusion during testing and it is not understood which version is being tested.
