After Enabling Slack Notification RMS Fails with an Exception (Doc ID 2993109.1)

Symptoms

On: MFCS/RMS 23.1.201.0 version


RMS fails with an exception when attempting to authenticate.

"An exception occurred. Please check log for details"

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Update Slack App Redirect RUI, Slack RUL, and Slack Workspace URL.
2. Login to MFCS ->Tasks -> Items -> Manage Items -> Search Items -> Click on any item.
3. From the item master screen, click on the complementary section, Select Conversations, and click on Authenticate.
4. Notice the error.
