Goal

Customer implementing the solution for automatic release of the hold regarding the validation of the electronic key of the tax document at SEFAZ (NF-e and CT-e), however, when executing the tax document validation process, the expected outbound to the CT-e is not being generated and therefore the fiscal partner is unable to continue with the process to consult the key and subsequently release the hold.

When user at Manage Collaboration Messaging History, user able to see only the NF-e outbound is being generated but not the CT-e.
