ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When applying from career site after selecting a requisition and supplying email address when selecting Next button nothing is happening the page is not loading

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Next button is selected it should proceed to next page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to career section
2. Select requisition then apply
3. provide email then hit Next
4. nothing happens
