STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to IMCS application.
2. Navigate to Task > document maintenance > create document.
3.Select Document Type > Debit Memo-Cost
4. Enter Document no. in the Document field
5. Enter all the mandatory fields,
6. Click on save.
