ORDS RESTful WS Logs

The Client has developed multiple RESTful APIs on RDS. These APIs will be called from external system and get/post the data to SIOCS RDS Custom DB. It is understood that apex_webservice_log will show logs of all web services which have been called from inside RDS. Question here is how can you check the logs of APEX RESTful APIs which are being called from external systems for example postman?

The customer has a requirement to utilize base logging mechanism rather than creating a separate function/ Hook and creating custom logs and hence, seeking for your advice.
