SOH Updates Not Reflected In RMICS (Doc ID 2993219.1)

Symptoms

User have identified situations where the SOH was updated/changed to 0 in MFCS, however that change didn't arrive into RMICS.
Attached we have 2 examples (1 before and 1 after CFS). In both situations, the SOH in MFCS is 0 and in RMICS is showing 1.
