Error 'Chat Not Created, Check Business Unit Id' When Submitting a Chat Request (Doc ID 2993335.1)

The customer has enabled Chat per the steps listed in the 'Real-Time Channels' chapter in the Implementing Service Center with the Classic User Experience guide. The have also followed the steps in the 'Assignment Rules' section in the 'Work Assignment and Routing' chapter to set up the routing rule to assign the chat request to the Chat queue.

When they are submitting chat requests, the following error is being generated.

"Chat not created, check business unit id."
