Item With Inactive Status is Not Allowed to Transfer Out From Store (Doc ID 2993358.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to add an item to a Transfer Shipment from a Store location where the item is inactive at the Source Location, the following error message occurs. The same happens for a TSF Shipment from Store (Item Inactive) to warehouse (Item active).

ERROR
--------

Item is inactive at the destination location and cannot be added.



Store 31747 - Item 270276544 is Inactive
Store 31812 - Item 270276544 is Active


1. Create a Transfer Request from Store 31747 to Store 31812 for Item 270276544
2. Accept the request in Store 31747
3. Create a Transfer Shipment from Store 31747 to Store 31812

Item is inactive at the destination location and cannot be added error occurs.

4. Adding the item using the Transfer document results in The Item is not valid error message.
