Problem With Data Management Deployment for Stores Email Address Changes (Doc ID 2993418.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Store email addresses that are added or updated to contain multiple period (.) characters are persisted in the Xstore Office Cloud Service (XOCS) database, but do not get deployed to the stores.

Xadmin shows the deployment status updated to indicate a successful download and the Xenvironment log file also shows the download_deployment (CHAIN) getting executed,

but the Datamanager.zip download does not happen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The email update deployment change should reflect at store level.

Steps to reproduce the issue
--------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Xadmin.
2. Go to Data management->data Manager->data management.
3. Choose *:*
4. Click Next.
5. Choose Stores.
6. Edit store location.
7. Change the Email address to contain several period characters:
    Example Email Address":"Store.test1000cloud.manager@test.com.
8. Save.
9. Go to Data management->data Manager->pending modification.
10. Choose *:*
11. Click Next.
12. Deploy changes.
