Symptoms

Payer notification emails are not delivered to the recipient.

Following required setup were already completed:

1. Customer Payment Details - Enter debit advice method and recipient email address

2. Internal Payee - Payer Notification details for 'Email From' and 'Subject'

3. Funds Capture Process Profile - Payer notification details for format and delivery method.
